This product is useless if you cannot label the counters which I why I purchased it.

On the positive side, it is nice to be able to give detailed names to each counter. The annoyance is a loud click each time you count. In a quiet setting, you have to mute your phone; I cant find a way to shut off the sound. Ive sent emails almost daily to the creators for weeks and havent received a response. I wouldnt buy this knowing that.
